Greetings, and thank you for visiting!  I am Ed Hill, proprietor of HouseBoat Photography and enthusiastic photographer behind the camera. I photograph houses and boats in southern Delaware, Ocean City MD and throughout Chesapeake Bay because that’s what I love to do.

I first discovered the joy of photography in high school when I saved enough money to buy a Pentax SLR camera from the camera department at Two Guys in Atlantic City, NJ.  Soon after, I learned how to develop my pictures and built a makeshift darkroom in the laundry room of our house. My mother was always the first to ask to see the photos I took and developed that day. Several of those photos were framed and hung proudly on the walls of our home. My father bought me my first tripod and I still have it today. I later honed my enthusiasm for residential architecture and yacht photography while working as a Realtor in Chester County, PA and a USCG licensed Master in Baltimore, MD. I believe this experience uniquely qualifies me to better understand your business and attract buyers to your listing.

When I am not holding a camera, I can usually be found holding a fishing rod, kayak paddle, or dog leash with Riley, my rescued yellow Lab on the other end and my wife Margaret by my side.
